Tasks

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key leadership role in the delivery of high-quality services to clients. In a growing business with a strong pipeline of work, you will help shape project outcomes, provide valuable mentorship to the wider team, and seize clear opportunities to progress as the practice continues to evolve. -Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants. -Administer and advise on contracts, including NEC and JCT forms. -Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation. -Lead all aspects of pre- and post-contract quantity surveying. -Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior surveyors.

What You Bring

If you are an experienced Quantity Surveyor ready to step into a senior role within a dynamic, growing consultancy, please get in touch. -Strong working knowledge of standard forms of contract (NEC, JCT, etc.). -Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills. -Proficient in MS Office and QS software such as CostX or similar. -Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
