-Deliver Excellence: Prepare technical specifications and front-end contract documents for publicly bid projects. -Mentor & Grow: Provide guidance and training to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration. -Analyze & Optimize: Conduct water quality analyses and system modeling. -Ensure Compliance: Review designs and reports to meet client expectations and regulatory standards. -Process piping layouts -Pump and hydraulic calculations -Engage Clients: Support proposals, attend client meetings, and help shape solutions that meet evolving needs. -Tank and equipment sizing and selection -Design with Purpose: Develop evaluations and designs for water and wastewater pumping and treatment facilities, including: -Lead with Vision: Set technical direction for complex municipal projects, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance. -Collaborate: Work closely with BIM specialists to refine layouts and produce detailed drawings.
-Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. -Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental or Chemical Engineering or related discipline. -Strong process mechanical design experience; Plant Hydraulics, Piping Systems, Pumping Systems, Blower Systems. -Professional engineering (PE) license. -10 years of related experience. -Ability to lead technical teams and mentor others. -Advance Knowledge: Author technical papers, contribute to industry publications, and present at conferences.
