Tasks

-Coordinate the planning, development, and production of high-quality construction proposals, statements of qualifications, presentations, and marketing collateral. -Maintain and update proposal templates, resumes, project profiles, and business development content libraries. -Ensure all deliverables are consistent with company standards, messaging, and strategic goals. -Analyze RFPs and related solicitation documents to identify requirements, deliverables, and deadlines. -Collaborate with project teams, subject matter experts, and business development staff to gather content and tailor messaging. -Develop detailed proposal outlines, schedules, and assignments to ensure timely and compliant submissions.

What You Bring

-Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software. -Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Business, Construction Management, or a related field. -Capable of managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with personnel at all levels, including executives. -1-3 years of relevant professional experience in proposal coordination, preferably in the construction industry. -Familiarity with construction industry terminology and proposal standards is a plus. -As part of our hiring process, all candidates are subject to a comprehensive background check.
