The firm is seeking an accomplished and visionary Head of Interior Design to lead its hospitality-focused interiors division. This is a key leadership role responsible for creative direction, project delivery, team management, and client engagement across luxury hotel, resort, and branded residence projects throughout the Gulf region. -Familiarity with international hotel operator requirements (e.g., Marriott, Hilton, Accor, etc.). -Excellent client-facing and communication skills. -Proven portfolio of completed high-end hospitality projects (5-star hotels, resorts, branded residences). -Maintain strong knowledge of international hospitality trends, luxury design benchmarks, materials, and innovations. -12+ years of interior design experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the Gulf region. -Strong design acumen paired with the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams. -Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline from a recognized institution.
