Tasks

-Work cooperatively with local office principal, other business group leads, technical directors and marketing managers. -Manage and lead project teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction -Lead HDR at interview presentations -Forecasting, Invoicing and contract management -Control project budget, scope, and schedule -Ensure product deliverables meet quality standards -Promote HDR through regular client interface -Create vital proposal content including scope, schedule and budget

What You Bring

-Advanced client relationship building skills -MS Office and MS Project experience is required (Access experience would be plus) -Relationships and Experience with Mission Critical and/or Datacenters Facilities clients and their needs. -Strong public speaking / presentation skills -Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) -Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, BIM360 Docs, BIM360 Field, and Bluebeam -Demonstrated leadership skills -Advanced leadership and mentoring ability -PMP Certification -1020% Travel to project sites, including international if needed.
