Tasks

-Respond to resident communications via email, phone calls, and voicemails -Use company service requests software to properly fill out and communicate resident needs to Maintenance Manager -Conduct leasing tours with prospective residents. Follow-up on results -Consistently stand and greet all Prospects and offer refreshments -Using Company approved material and procedures quote prices and lease terms -Answer phones using a strong and professional greeting approved at the community. Paint “word pictures” to describe community to future residents and attempt to set an appointment with the prospect -Promote a professional and courteous attitude with residents and peers -Provide move in coordination and new home orientation support
