Tasks

-While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. -May be required to works at different work stations as production needs require. -Tests the LowE detector at the beginning of each shift -Sets glass on conveyor belt of washer -Safety and Security - Observes safety and security procedures; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materials properly. Must wear all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times as deemed by management and policy. -Delivers carts to Glass Washer -Cleans equipment, floors, and work areas according to safety procedures. -Works in environment where tasks change as varying models of product are produced. -Flushes the water tanks at the end of each shift/day -Changes the water filters on the washer as needed -Picks up specific LowE glass and runs all four sides through an edge delete table before setting on washer conveyor -Changes the air filters on the washer as needed -Ensures that equipment used is operable and maintained -Removes glass from A-Frame Cart or Rack
