Tasks

-Conducting quantity take-offs, cost build-ups and tender analysis -Sourcing and evaluating subcontractor and supplier pricing -Supporting design & construct tenders with value engineering input -Reviewing drawings, specifications and project briefs to prepare detailed cost estimates -Preparing comprehensive tender submissions and cost comparisons -Maintaining cost data, rates and benchmarking records
