Tasks

-To Service the appropriate devices, working safely and responsibly to avoid injuries, damage to property, and the loss of unused materials. -Ensuring your time is managed efficiently and jobs are prioritized correctly. -Provide excellent Customer Service to exceed the expectations and requirements of both the internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers.

What You Bring

-Had or have previous experience working in a customer facing environment -Ability to lift and climb ladders -Driving license -Experience within Fire & Security industry -Our team average 20+ years length of service -Hold current relevant qualifications to the industry i.e. 18th edition/ NVQ/ City and Guilds/BTEC/FIA -Correctly complete Engineer work reports, handover certificates/BSIA Certificates or checklist as appropriate.
