Tasks

-Act as a design champion during bid and early project phases, ensuring innovative and cost-effective solutions. -Provide front-end leadership in navigating the D&C market, including supply chain engagement and risk management. -Lead design strategy and development for complex, multi-disciplinary projects. -Ensure design compliance with sustainability, regulatory, and quality standards. -Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with market conditions and project objectives. -Mentor project teams and services engineers, fostering collaboration and technical excellence. -Represent the business in design forums and client engagements, influencing outcomes and securing design wins. -Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate services seamlessly into overall project design.
