Tasks
As Senior Site Manager, you’ll lead key works packages through the project lifecycle, ensuring all activity is delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with design and specification. -Monitoring progress, reporting to senior management, and addressing challenges as they arise -Leading and supporting site teams and subcontractors to achieve project goals -Managing day-to-day site operations and ensuring alignment with programme timelines -Maintaining high health and safety standards through proactive site management -Building strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors -Coordinating site logistics and managing resources effectively -Overseeing quality assurance and compliance with building regulations
