Tasks

-Develop and maintain maintenance schedules for electrical systems. -Oversee routine preventive and predictive maintenance of all electrical systems, machinery, and equipment -Train, mentor, and support junior technicians and apprentices. -Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults, breakdowns, and malfunctions to minimize downtime. -Monitor performance and ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations. -Ensure compliance with Maintenance codes, standards, and factory safety guidelines. -Implement lock-out/tag-out and other safety procedures during maintenance. -Work collaboratively, negotiate and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with the maintenance strategy, support Production and quality Dep to achieve the goals. -Lead and supervise the electrical maintenance team, ensuring effective allocation of tasks and resources

What You Bring

-Strong knowledge of industrial and plant maintenance , control systems, PLCs, motors, and automation -Very good communication skills. -Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems and equipment. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office. -Minimum 5–7 years of experience in industrial/factory maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/foreman role. -Prior experience of working in manufacturing environment and -Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced production environments. -Ability to implement new system and miner modifying for the machinery. -Team player with strong organizational skills. -Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies. -Relevant engineering diploma is preferred,
