- 4+ years of relevant experience in planning / engineering, including a track record of supporting the development and implementation of transportation solutions focused on sustainable programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver professional presentations
- Strategic problem-solving skills and advanced technical knowledge in transportation planning / engineering
- Registered Professional Planner (RPP) or Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or equivalent
- Ability to assist projects of various sizes and collaborate effectively within our diverse and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines concurrently
