Tasks

-Manage schedule, budget, and materials to keep projects on track -Oversee day-to-day field operations, ensuring work meets RFPs, plans, specs, and proposal documents -Act as a liaison between field crews, clients, and office/project management teams -Direct and coordinate the efforts of employees and subcontractors on-site -Foster a collaborative, safety-conscious work environment -Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

What You Bring

-CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30, EM-385, and STS required (training provided if needed) -High school diploma or GED -Prior experience in Design-Build and large-scale projects strongly preferred -4+ years (or equivalent) of field/trade experience in the construction industry -LEED GA or AP certification is desirable -Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus -Government, military, or large commercial project experience preferred -College coursework or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field -Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet tools -Familiarity with Primavera P3/P6, Viewpoint, BIM, Revit (preferred) -5+ years as a Superintendent on mid-size commercial projects
