Tasks

-Monitor and manage facility maintenance schedules, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities. -Candidate should contribute to creating a workplace where everyone feels compelled to intervene whenever they observe an unsafe act or condition to ensure that everyone goes home safe and well and the environment is preserved in the successful operation of our business. -Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality delivery of facility services. -Supervise daily facility operations, including housekeeping, electrical, plumbing, and air-conditioning services. -Manage inventory of facility supplies and maintenance materials. -Support space management, office moves, and workplace setup for employees. -Maintain facility expense records and assist in budget planning. -Candidate should maintain the HSSEQ management system, and the tools required to implement it. -Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory requirements (fire safety, waste management, etc.).
