Operate press to attach skirts to water heater tanks, monitor PLC, perform maintenance, ensure quality.

Tasks

-Must observe all departmental safety requirements. -Will be required to maintain quality standards established for the process. -Will be required to make minor repairs and assist maintenance with major repairs to equipment. -Will be required to perform routine preventative maintenance. -Will be required to operate/monitor a PLC. -Will be required to perform other assembly tasks as needed. -Will be required to orient tanks before attaching skirt. -Will be required to perform change over and make minor adjustments to equipment as needed. -Will be required to manually unload skirts from conveyor and load into press. -Will be required to use a PLC to input material requirements information. -Will be required to ensure proper operation of a machine that presses the skirt onto the tank.
