Tasks

-Coordinate with other Dispatchers to schedule crossover appointments -Answer and schedule incoming service calls -Work alongside managers to coordinate jobs across multiple technicians -Dispatch technicians to meet customer needs -Ensure timecards are completed correctly throughout each day for technicians -Update customers on timing changes and rescheduling as needed

What You Bring

-Able to reliably commute to our office -High school diploma or equivalent -Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills -Home service (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical) dispatching experience strongly preferred -Willing to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law -Service Titan experience -History of demonstrating attention to detail
