Tasks

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop operational strategies aimed at enhancing the guest experience -Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the hospitality sector -Facilitate workshops and meetings with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic objectives -Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and maintain Qiddiya's competitive edge -Support the implementation of performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of hospitality initiatives -Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management, summarizing findings and recommendations related to hospitality strategy -Assist in the formulation of hospitality strategies that align with the overall vision and goals of Qiddiya -Provide ongoing support to the hospitality management team, assisting with project coordination and ad-hoc requests
