Tasks

-Adhere to organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain a productive work environment. -Assist in implementing operational excellence frameworks and continuous improvement programs. -Assist in conducting training sessions and workshops related to process excellence and operational best practices. -Maintain records of improvement initiatives, performance trends, and related documentation. -Support Lean, Six Sigma, and other improvement methodologies under the guidance of the Operational Excellence Manager. -Facilitate process mapping, documentation, and standardization across departments. -Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute improvement projects and resolve operational challenges. -Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. -Prepare reports on process efficiency, cost reduction, and service quality. -Maintain and update process maps, SOPs, and improvement documentation.

What You Bring

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering. -Total experience of 5–7 years, including 3–5 years in process management or improvement roles. -Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement abilities. -Preferred certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). -Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, ARIS) and performance dashboard systems.
