The Role

Overview

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades on industrial electrical systems in Edmonton.

Tasks

-Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure reliable plant performance. -Provide occasional after-hours support and maintain safety documentation and KPIs. -Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and instrumentation systems. -Support small projects, upgrades, and system modifications as needed. -Follow all OH&S, Client, and FLINT safety policies, including LOTO procedures.

What You Bring

-Ability to pass pre-employment background check and annual random Alcohol & Drug testing. -Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, automation, and process controls -Must successfully meet background check requirements. -Proficient in English (written and verbal) -Physically capable of demanding tasks in varied conditions -Skilled at troubleshooting electrical/instrumentation issues safely -H2S Alive -Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8-hour days; overtime as needed -Valid JourneypersonElectrician ticket (or equivalent); instrument experience an asset -4+ years in industrial or maintenance electrical work -AWP – Man lift training -Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements: -Read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and technical manuals. -Calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair transmitters, sensors, analyzers, and control valves.
