The Role

Overview

Oversee interior construction of mid- to high-rise residential projects, managing crews, schedule, quality, and safety.

Tasks

-Mentor and support assistant superintendents and field staff. -Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, field staff, and client representatives. -Review and monitor project schedules, proactively addressing potential delays. -Oversee inspections, resolve field issues, and manage close-out activities. -Ensure work meets project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. -Coordinate daily field operations, subcontractor schedules, and material deliveries. -Maintain detailed daily reports and progress updates. -Lead and supervise interior construction from rough-in through final punch and turnover.

What You Bring

-OSHA 30 certification preferred. -Proven experience on mid-rise to high-rise projects (up to 30 stories). -Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or similar construction management software. -10+ years of construction experience, including 5+ years as an Interior or Finishes Superintendent. -Strong background in multifamily, condo, or mixed-use interiors. -Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
