Overview

Full-time building operations and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and safety systems.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Perform daily building operations tasks like building maintenance and building repairs -Monitor certain preventive maintenance requirements that are completed by a qualified subcontractor (e.g., fire alarm inspections, backflow preventer inspections, annual chiller preventive maintenance) -Conduct regular building equipment checks/inspections and identify abnormalities or inefficiencies -Respond to tenant service requests and emergencies in a timely manner -Participate in a rotating on-call schedule with other team members -Monitor the performance of heating (heating plant capacity may vary), electrical, mechanical, and security systems and trouble shoot problems if required
