What You Bring

-Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. -Managers: 7+ years of experience in project controls , with 3 years in leadership -Experience with Bluebeam and SharePoint is an asset. -Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. -Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), SAP, Power BI, and scheduling software. -Post-secondary education in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (C.E.T., B.Sc., B.Comm.). -Analysts: Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, cost control, or scheduling. -Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites. -Adaptability to flexible work schedules and deadlines. -Strong understanding of Earned Value principles and cost engineering.
