The Role
Overview
Manage residential construction site operations, budget, safety, and teams
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Implement quality assurance procedures in accordance with our methodology -Ensure that all required materials are identified and ordered in a timely fashion in line with the program -Manage a direct labour workforce -Review high-level deliverables across site -Attend Health and Safety meetings with site team and subcontractors -Work with and manage the site management team -Ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget as agreed by effectively and appropriately overseeing all issues surrounding risks, contracts, operations and communications -Manage project scope and mitigates risk across projects -Manage all sub-contractors -Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of a large-scale site -Ensure that everyone on site is working in accordance with the Health & Safety policy and procedures -Take the lead in ensuring the effective management of performance and budgets, ensuring they are well-coordinated and runs in accordance with the agreed contract program
