Tasks

-Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and site visits to provide technical expertise and resolve design or construction issues. -Review and approve work produced by the team to ensure quality control and alignment with project requirements and office standards. -Supervise and mentor junior and mid-level landscape architects, providing guidance on technical detailing, documentation standards, and best practices. -Assist senior leadership in project proposals, fee development, and resource planning as needed. -Coordinate closely with internal teams (urban design, architecture, engineering) and external consultants to ensure design integration and technical coherence. -Lead the technical development and delivery of complex landscape architecture projects across all design stages, with a focus on detail design and construction documentation. -Provide training and support in software tools, material use, and detailing strategies. -Act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders on technical matters. -Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards. -Support the preparation of technical reports, design narratives, and presentations. -Contribute to the strategic growth of the landscape team by identifying technical gaps and opportunities for innovation. -Oversee the preparation of drawings and specifications, and tender documentation with a strong understanding of regional practices.

-Bachelors Degree in either Architecture or Landscape, if the former candidates should ideally hold an MSc in Landscape -12+ years experience within Landscape Architecture
