Tasks

-Troubleshooting Cloud infrastructure when it is needed -Keep documentation updated -Assist TechnipFMC with cloud projects and migrating workloads to the cloud -Evaluate new or innovative technologies and architectures -Take responsibility for projects and provide ideas to grow and improve the service -Accepts designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions -Help define cloud infrastructure design -Engages with customers or clients -Produce reports, proposals, technical documentation, and user guides as required and ensure other team members and business associates are fully trained in the procedures -Takes a leading role in feasibility studies and proof of concept (POC) efforts for software products under consideration for purchase -Resolution of service desk requests as necessary -Ensures proper delivery of services to the clients respecting project`s timeline -Document and handover to the operations team

-Able to work in Global environment and culture, with flexible hour concept and hybrid work -A technology or niche subject matter expert (SME) offering advanced expertise in cloud infrastructure components, including cloud services. -Ability to control deliveries, focused on quality objectives -Confidence to challenge and disrupt commonly held service and internal processes -Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand and our customer -Strong or excellent communication skill in English -Ability to work as a team, collaborate and share knowledge to the team -Infrastructure as code (IaC) with Terraform is advantageous -Azure, AWS, and Oracle Cloud -Knowledge of hybrid infrastructure and on premises -Learns and becomes proficient on internal systems -Adequate project management skills and ability to manage time and complex tasks -Fundamental to the role is the ability to Interact with global multi-national team and willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies -Strongly service orientation minded -Ability to multitask with multiple projects and work independently if necessary -Experienced in the Cloud services (AWS and Azure) and its infrastructure -Excellent communications and teamwork skills -Strong personal efficiency and problem-solving skills; very concerned by security and standardisation/rationalisation aspects -A good team player with the ability to work under supported pressure -Experienced in IT Systems, infrastructure, and Services -Automation of processes and tasks experience (Infrastructre as code) -Ability to convince, organize and negotiate -Experienced in creating and updating high level and low-level designs documentation
