Monitor, troubleshoot, and log customer energy system alarms remotely on a rotating shift.

Tasks

-Respond to system alarms and complete system actions -Escalating complex issues to supervisors and other groups -Maintaining detailed logs of events and troubleshooting -Monitor and troubleshoot system installations at our customer sites -Analyze and identify cause of system issues, supporting our Field Service Technicians remotely with system troubleshooting efforts

-Analytical and proficient in MS Office -Self-starter that shows the ability to work independently and under minimal supervision -Highly motivated and able to work independently in a fast pace work environment -High School or Community college education -24/7 operations in rotating shift schedule -Good verbal and written communication skills
