Tasks

Assist with processing subcontractor pay applications and reviewing vendor statements. Support front desk staff with coverage when requested. Maintain confidentiality and uphold Findorff’s internal standards for quality and service. Process and post accounts payable invoices for multiple entities with accuracy and timeliness. Reassign, review, and code company department invoices as needed. Assist with posting cash receipts. Review and allocate monthly cell phone bills. As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you’ll play a key part in ensuring vendor invoices and subcontractor payments are processed accurately and efficiently. You’ll work closely with project management teams, vendors, and other internal partners to maintain strong relationships and ensure financial accuracy across the organization. What You Bring

Construction industry knowledge a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in an accounting or administrative role preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail with accuracy in data entry. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
