Tasks
-Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates across heavy industrial sectors. -Develop new business opportunities through every candidate and client interaction — consultative, not transactional. -Manage the full recruitment life cycle — sourcing, networking, interviewing, negotiating, and closing technical professionals. -Conduct detailed reference checks and ensure exceptional candidate experience. -Partner closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their needs and deliver results quickly. -Leverage creative sourcing strategies and cold outreach to connect with passive talent. -Collaborate with a team that shares leads, celebrates wins, and supports each other’s goals.
