Tasks

-Maintain a safe work environment for the warehouse teams -Develop team members in their skills and career growth -Train staff, audit operations, and implement process improvements -Drive innovation with a customer-first mindset -Cross-functionally support site production operations through hiring, training and development of warehouse staff -Report performance metrics to management team(s) and use this data lead continuous improvement initiatives -Provide direct floor supervision of inbound and outbound operations -Achieve and exceed KPIs in quality, service, and cost

What You Bring

-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications -If you do have a degree, minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 for all degrees earned -5+ years of experience in a leadership role overseeing team leaders, with demonstrated success in coaching, performance management and team development -Proven experience with MRP systems (SAP - Preferred) -Proven analytical and computer skills -Associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related - Preferred -Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities -Be flexible and adaptable to changing markets -10+ years of Warehouse/Distribution experience
