The Role

Overview

Process contractor invoices, timesheets, and payments while supporting finance operations.

Tasks

-Ensure that sales invoices are issued on a monthly / adhoc basis in a timely manner -To calculate contractor invoices with speed, accuracy and efficiency. -To deal with all Contractor and Billing queries in a timely manner -Report to Pay & Bill Supervisor any outstanding issues and highlight any potential debtor problems -Payment of contractors to ensure that payments are made punctually and accurately. -To assist in the preparation of monthly contractor accruals and deferred income journals and ensure that any expenses have been recharged. -Process contractor timesheets, ensuring that payments are made punctually and accurately -To ensure that sales invoices are issued on a monthly/adhoc basis in a timely manner. -Ensure contractor bank details are validated and updated on payroll systems -Validate placement records on sales system -Maintain and update PO numbers on the payroll system -Liaise with internal staff, clients, and contractors directly to resolve timesheet queries efficiently and effectively

What You Bring

-To be able to communicate in an efficient yet friendly manner with all stakeholders of the business, internal and external. -Experience of working within a multi-currency organisation would be an advantage -Strong attention to detail and produce work to a high level of accuracy -Must have proven work experience in a finance team -Be able to manage a high-volume workload to set timescales -Good organisational and workload management skills, specifically with the ability to reprioritise when necessary -Good IT skills and confident in using Microsoft Excel at an advanced level
