Tasks

-Lead business development efforts including proposal preparation and client presentations. -Monitor scope changes and their impact on project delivery. -Prepare monthly project reports and contribute to division-wide reporting. -Oversee financial and operational strategies to ensure project success. -Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across design, engineering, and construction. -Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to meet commercial outcomes. -Prepare and manage complex project programs and contracts. -Represent the firm in communications with clients, sub-contractors, and joint venture partners. -Lead and manage large-scale infrastructure and architectural projects from concept to completion. -Ensure compliance with project standards and quality management systems (QMS).

What You Bring

-Familiarity with statutory and commercial frameworks in the region. -Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. -Strong commercial acumen and contract management skills. -Proven leadership in delivering mega projects with integrated design components. -Minimum 20 years of experience, with a strong track record in the GCC region. -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field. -Membership in a professional institution (e.g., IEng, CEng, P.E.) is preferred.
