Tasks
-Collaborate with other divisions and departments to carry out the organization's goals and objectives -Establish, implement, and communicate the strategic direction of the assigned division -Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in operations management -Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operations projects and systems -Ensure that departmental decisions and project plans such as those for staffing, development, organization, material efficiency, hardware acquisitions, and facilities are in line with the organization's business plan and vision -Establish, communicate, and implement operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution -Identify training needs and ensures proper training is developed and provided -Identify, recommend, and implement new processes and strategies to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials -Present periodic performance reports and metrics to the senior leadership team -Review and approve cost-control reports, cost estimates, and staffing requirements for projects -Establish and administer the department's budget -Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify

What You Bring
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or other industry-related field required, MBA preferred. -Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail -Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments -Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens -Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results -Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry -15+ years of industry-related experience including three years in upper management required -Strong supervisory and leadership skills -Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing -Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
