Tasks

-Support compliance with statutory requirements such as audit and tax filings -Process invoices, staff reimbursements, and payments accurately within deadlines -Responding to vendor inquiries and providing payment status updates. -Aid in month-end and year-end closing activities including preparation of journal entries -Maintain systematic filing of accounting documentation and records -Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth financial operations. -Collaborate with the finance team on ad-hoc tasks as necessary -Manage accounts payable (AP) functions

Requirements

-Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines -Team player with the ability to work independently -Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles -Effective communication skills, both written and verbal -Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy -A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred -Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
