Overview
Maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical and building systems at Bush Airport.

Tasks
Provides guidance and support to Building Technician I staff as needed. Performs preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and general building systems. Assists in the installation, replacement, and adjustment of building components and systems. Ensures compliance with all safety policies, OSHA standards, and company procedures. Troubleshoots equipment malfunctions and completes repairs with minimal supervision. Monitors building conditions and recommends solutions to improve efficiency, safety, and reliability. Communicates with building occupants and clients, providing a high level of customer service. Maintains accurate records of work performed in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). What You Bring
2-4 years of experience in building maintenance, facilities services, or mechanical systems. Basic computer skills and experience with CMMS preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical maintenance tasks. High School Diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certification preferred. Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems. Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment with moderate complexity. Valid driver’s license required. -Basic computer skills and experience with CMMS preferred. -Strong communication and problem-solving skills. -2-4 years of experience in building maintenance, facilities services, or mechanical systems. -High School Diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certification preferred. -Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems. -Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment with moderate complexity. -Valid driver’s license required. -Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical maintenance tasks.
