Overview

Territory Sales Manager driving SPEC MIX sales to contractors, dealers, architects in Syracuse, NY.

Tasks

Attend local and national construction shows as needed Visit varying job sites Create product forecasts (both weekly and annually) and delivery schedules. Lead effective product presentations and demonstrations (train – how to use products) Create new business connections as well as maintain and grow existing business The Territory Sales Manager will work closely with the Operations team in addition to connecting and building relationships with contractors and distributors.

What You Bring

Experience in the construction materials industry is preferred The ideal candidate must be passionate about the work and have the ability to build close relationships with key decision makers and influencers in the industry. 3 - 5 years sales/marketing experience. Overnight travel as needed Ability to lift or carry 80 lbs. Must have valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record Bachelor's degree preferred Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs are required
