What You Bring

-Management experience -2-5 years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent -2 years of experience working with outside contractors to ensure remodel and/or warranty work is performed to expectations. -Professionalism with coworkers and residents while working in and around apartment complex -Computer skills for completing and recording work order information -Strict adherence to confidentiality policies according to resident's rights regulations and courtesy -Organizational skills for maintaining material and supply inventories -5 years of direct costumer service experience with residential or other clients -Ability to estimate time and extent of repairs -Certification or apprenticeship in areas of maintenance (e.g. electrical, plumbing, carpentry)
