The Role

Overview

Support integration workstream, track milestones, manage HR data, ensure compliance.

Tasks

-Produce and analyse people data to support integration planning, reporting, and decision-making. -Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with employment law and company policies. -Track key milestones, risks, and dependencies, reporting progress to the Workstream Lead and Integration Management Team. -Provide subject matter support on organisational design and integration processes, including documentation, timelines, and compliance. -Contribute to People policy alignment, systems/data migration, and organisation design work as required. -Lead and monitor People integration activities, ensuring alignment with the overall programme. -Work with Group wide colleagues, programme teams, and business leaders to ensure deliverables are achieved.

What You Bring

-Must have experience in HR integration, transformation, or change programmes. -Analytical skills and confidence in handling HR data and reporting. -Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. -Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across different stakeholders. -Significant HR experience within complex organisational change, including Organisational Design and ideally TUPE and M&A. -Strong project management and organisational skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities.
