Lead BIM/CAD team to produce Revit structural models and manage design delivery.

Tasks

-Addresses challenges proactively and collaboratively. -To technically supervise and mentor CAD/BIM technicians. -To lead and manage CAD/BIM packages with minimal supervision. -Manages multiple assignments and changing priorities effectively. -Acts as both a team member and a leader. -Ensures timely and cost-effective task completion. -Organizing and Planning -To support project teams in proposal and delivery phases. -Plans and prioritizes tasks for self and team. -Delegates and monitors tasks to ensure delivery. -Encourages innovation and motivates team members. -Ensures drawings comply with UK/ME regional standards. -Fosters team building and collaboration. -To implement and enforce CAD/BIM standards across projects. -Controls technical quality of deliverables. -To ensure deliverables meet client scope, budget, and quality expectations. -Participates in company social and team-building activities. -Issues precise instructions and provides constructive feedback. -To identify training needs and support team development. -Takes initiative to align team efforts with project goals. -Provides technical guidance and mentorship. -Leads innovation and continuous improvement within the team. -Continuously seeks efficient ways to improve quality and output.

What You Bring

-Competent in checking and assigning detailing work. -Strong experience in reinforced concrete and steel structures. -Able to develop GA’s, sections, and detailed drawings (RC and Steel) independently. -Shares technical ideas confidently and concisely. -Shares knowledge and supports team development. -Demonstrates understanding of commercial aspects of project management. -Demonstrates initiative and leadership in small teams. -Communicates clearly and effectively with team and supervisors. -Responsive to internal and external client needs. -Capable of independently producing Revit models in coordination with Architecture/MEP.
