Manage shuttle operations, staff, scheduling, and client relations for Propark locations.

Tasks
-Maintain the highest professional and ethical standards for both our organization and our client. -Respond to operational issues when needed (at times, after normal business hours). -This position is responsible for all aspects of the operation, including shuttle fleet management as well as overseeing your location team. The ideal candidate will have previous operations experience, with Shuttle experience also being a top asset. -Review and evaluate audits to ensure shuttle pretrips and post trips are performed -Develop and train supervisors and line-level employees. -Oversee the customer service program to ensure customer satisfaction. -Assist supervisors in handling customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues. -Manage and submit employee, operations, and payroll reports. -Review and approve work schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing expenses. -Visit client sites to oversee shuttle operations and ensure timeliness of the busses. -Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as those of our client.

What You Bring
-Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business is helpful but not required. -You are a motivated individual willing to take on new challenges, with management experience in the Parking, Customer Service, and/or Shuttle Industries. -You have impeccable conversational and written communication skills. -Progressive management experience with front-line team oversight -Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook, and ADP -Established experience with scheduling and payroll is a plus
