Tasks

-Collaborate with EMMP team members to execute projects effectively and efficiently. -Oversee the monthly monitoring of fauna, flora, arboriculture, water quality, air quality, noise, and vibration by the Contractors. -Conduct daily site inspections to ensure contractors adhere to EMMP requirements. -Liaise and coordinate with contractors, EMMP Consultants, and specialists to ensure effective implementation of EMMP measures. -Utilise dedicated apps to flag non-compliance issues and monitor rectification by contractors within a defined timeframe. -Serve as the primary point of contact for the company regarding environmental compliance matters. -Compile and analyse environmental monitoring data from contractors to prepare monthly Environmental Performance Reports (EPR). -Develop comprehensive method statements and risk assessments for environmental monitoring activities. -Manage the implementation of the Information Management System (IMS) and monitor real-time data from ECM and noise meters. -Perform bi-weekly audits of environmental compliance at construction sites. -Conduct regular biodiversity awareness training for construction site personnel.

What You Bring

-A Diploma or Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental & Water Technology, Environmental Science, Environmental Biology, or other related qualifications will be considered. -A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply as relevant training will be provided. -Candidates MUST be a NEA registered Environmental Control Officer (ECO) or currently in the process of obtaining this certification. -Physically fit and able to work long hours at construction sites.
