The Role
Overview
Supports on‑site construction office, managing badges, paperwork, supplies and admin tasks.

Tasks
-Collect time sheets to be submitted to payroll weekly -Perform responsibilities above as well as any other special projects requested (i.e., employee lunches, running errands, etc.). -Copy, file, and mail/distribute jobsite correspondence, maintain and schedule conference rooms. -Track drug testing and safety orientation paperwork. -Maintain office supplies needed for the job. -Manage security badging systems including background checks, issuing badges, and maintaining the badging database. -Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machines, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer. -Develop and maintain files, forms, purchase orders, subcontract files, meeting minutes, miscellaneous forms, etc.

What You Bring
-Ability to work well in a large professional setting. Patience and professionalism are essential. -Working knowledge in JDE version A9.1 preferred. -Must be able to occasionally work in proximity to loud equipment. Must be able to wear hearing protection as necessary. Often required to communicate with customers and coworkers in an office setting and, on the phone/digital meetings. -Experience in supporting large, complex projects preferred. -Must be able to climb stairs: 5% of day. -High School diploma or GED required. -Excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships. -Daily diaries in ProCore, meeting minutes, and other assignments. -Must be a strong team player with the ability to collaborate with various personnel within and across departments and at all levels of leadership. -Application review will consider without limitation the following criteria: qualifications, education and experience specific to the job description/duties as well as prior experience with Hoffman Construction. Applicants must be able to pass the Hoffman Drug and Alcohol test. -Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams), and have a general understanding of working within a computer network. -Specific experience in industrial and/or hi-tech semiconductor manufacturing projects is preferred. -Must be able to remain in a stationary position in an office environment more than 50% of the time, with the occasional requirement to move about the construction site. -Excellent time-management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work while frequently interrupted by phone calls and questions on work in progress. -At least one (1) year of accounting and office management experience in the construction, engineering or architectural (or related) field required. -Mental alertness, accuracy and attention to detail required. -Ability to work well and maintain a cooperative attitude through high-pressure situations.
