Tasks

-Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to deliver excellent, manufacturable products -Use market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to uncover new opportunities -Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across marketing, operations, legal, and finance -Track performance metrics and transform data into action -Support launch initiatives across marketing channels including packaging, digital content, and training -Serve as product expert — coaching Sales, supporting customer conversations, and guiding internal decisions -Build compelling product positioning and equip Sales with effective tools and storytelling -Lead product innovation from concept through commercialization -Develop and execute strategic roadmaps that fuel growth and deliver on business objectives

What You Bring

-A natural collaborator with strong influencing skills -Ability to translate market data into clear decisions and priorities -Experience leading projects from idea to commercial success -Tech-savvy with strong analytical, organization, and communication skills -5+ years in product management, category management, or product marketing — ideally in building materials or a related industry -This role requires creative thinking, strong communication, and the confidence to influence decisions across the business. -Own product assortment, lifecycle decisions, and pricing strategies to optimize category performance -Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while building alignment and momentum across teams -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field -Travel 10–20% as needed to domestic locations and customers -Demonstrated success managing product lifecycles and driving profitable growth -Highly motivated and self-directed, with strong attention to detail
