Supervises patient food services, ensures quality & service in hospital catering.

Tasks

-Working one in three weekends with evenings off -To follow all reasonable instructions from the Wards Manager -To support and supervise the delivery of Patient Food Services across the hospital -Supporting SOP implementation is in place for all aspects of service -Monitoring compliance as per Company food safety policies and procedures and legislative requirements -Providing timely and constructive feedback to all direct reports as and when required either formally or informally -Training employees on SOP's and best practices in customer service. -Ensuring that our teams strive to improve the experience of all patients where they require our services -Responding efficiently and accurately to customer feedback regarding products & services and ensuring prompt corrective actions are put in place where required.

What You Bring

-Excellent customer service & time management skills. -A Strong background in hospitality or catering is essential. -Knowledge of Food Hygiene including HACCP. -Garda Vetting is a requirement for this role -Previous experience in a similar role or supervising in a fast-paced catering business. -A problem-solving mind and solutions-orientated approach with a flexible can-do attitude.
