The Role

Tasks

-Maintain project documentation – tracking progress, budgets, and job completion details -Ensure a smooth customer experience – managing communication and expectations throughout the installation process -Oversee all aspects of residential roofing projects – from initial planning to final implementation -Order and deliver materials to job sites – keeping projects on track and avoiding delays -Lead and coordinate subcontractor crews – ensuring high-quality workmanship and efficiency

What You Bring

-Ability to lift up to 65 lbs -A valid driver's license with a clean record is required -Hands-on residential roofing experience is required -Willingness to become forklift certified -Experience supervising on-site construction personnel -Proven leadership in installation, construction, project management, or a similar role -OSHA 10 or 30 certification (or a strong safety mindset) -Experience with Office 365, Salesforce, or other CRM software is helpful
