What You Bring

-Confidence managing a range of employee relations cases and providing practical HR advice -Excellent communication and relationship-building skills -CIPD qualification (or working towards it) -A strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice -Experience in a manufacturing or operational setting would be beneficial, but not essential -Proven HR generalist experience within a UK-based organisation
