Overview
Oversee planning, scheduling, inventory and logistics for Downhole Technology products across NA plants.

Tasks
-Analyze operational data to uncover inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives. -Drive supply chain strategies to reduce lead times and improve operational efficiency. -Ensure all supply chain activities adhere to industry standards, environmental regulations, and safety protocols. -Identify and implement automation and digital transformation opportunities within supply chain operations. -Partner with Commercial teams to manage order fulfillment and ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) targets are met. -Work closely with HSE, Quality, Engineering, and Production to promote safety, maximize output, minimize WIP, and reduce scrap. -Lead the Supply Chain team with a focus on safety, performance, and fostering a positive work environment. -Own the monthly Forecast and S&OP processes, ensuring daily follow-up to keep production on track. -Collaborate with Supply Chain Process and Local IT teams to implement and enhance demand planning and capacity utilization tools. -Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies for supply disruptions and raw material price volatility. -Adopt, implement, and standardize planning, scheduling, and inventory processes using SAP and Fiori systems. -Support month end inventory at Bridgewater facility. -Apply Lean Manufacturing and Just-in-Time (JIT) principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency. -Oversee DHT plant logistics (Taunton & Bridgewater) to develop and execute production schedules that align with customer demand and working capital goals (e.g., DIO and slow-moving inventory).

What You Bring
-Strong negotiation and decision-making capabilities. -Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in wire and cable manufacturing or a related industrial environment. -APICS and Six Sigma certifications are a plus. -Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. -Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). -Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. -Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). -Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across functions. -Strong understanding of raw material sourcing (metals, polymers, insulation materials) and manufacturing processes.
