Tasks

-Prepare logistics requirements plan and reports, ILS Plans, Operational and Interim Support Plans, etc., as required. -Responsible to help customers with the procurement of maintenance equipment, parts and supplies. -Responsible for receiving orders and equipment for Data Labs. -Assess all requirements necessary to coordinate ILS functions. -Support transportation, calibration, and tool control operations. -Maintain inventory of instrumentation Group A/B hardware kits for accuracy. -Maintain accurate records using logistics software and databases. -Responsible for the distribution of existing maintenance equipment to customers. -Prepare, coordinate, and integrate the identification, development, acquisition and delivery of integrated logistics support requirements for systems or equipment. -Coordinate procurement, receipt, and distribution of maintenance equipment and supplies. -Responsible for monitoring, locating, and scheduling the movement and control of maintenance equipment as well as performing periodic inventories and utilizing computer programs to assure equipment records are complete and up to date. -Conduct periodic inventories and ensure compliance with government property regulations.

What You Bring

-Qualified applicants must be able to pass a background check. -Proficient in maintenance, transportation, and services operations, in support of aircraft modifications, daily ops, tool control, test equipment calibration (precision measurement equipment laboratory). -Strong organizational and communication skills. -Experienced in supporting logistical activities for flight test organization. -Clearance: SECRET (minimum). -Experienced in controls of all stock and inventory control. -Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals. -Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management. -Proficiency in inventory control systems and DoD logistics procedures.
