-Comply with MIMCO policies and procedures. -Assists with optimizing and improving company work process and methodologies. -Follow all safety guidelines and operate in a safe manner. -Providing an interpreter (sign language); or -Support problem solving, conflict resolution, and solution development to meet project milestones, with the goal of exceeding expectations for performance, quality, and timing. -Perform in a manner that will prevent errors and omissions. -Making the work environment readily accessible to individuals with disabilities.
