The Role

Overview

Provide phone/email support, process queries, manage data, and assist admin.

Tasks

-Support the wider team with general admin and project tasks -Keep databases, spreadsheets and records up to date in our in-house systems -Make a real impact helping customers save time and money on their estimating -Follow up with customers to make sure they have what they need and introduce new features or services -Process payments and account updates -Solve customer queries and provide information about their projects or accounts -Help collect customer reviews and feedback to improve our service -Handle inbound and outbound calls, offering friendly and professional support -Respond to customer emails quickly and accurately -Develop valuable skills in customer service, admin and account management

What You Bring

-Experience using a CRM or customer database -Organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once -Confident speaking with customers over the phone and by email -Knowledge of the building trade or interest in construction -A strong communicator with great attention to detail -Previous experience in an office, admin or customer service role -Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
